The day begins with coffee at 10.30 am followed by the cookery demonstration at 11.00 am. Throughout the demonstration you will have an opportunity to taste lots of delicious foods relating to the theme of the day, together with the dishes we produce. There will be a specially compiled recipe card for you to take home. Afterwards you can relax in the beautiful surroundings of Mirehouse with an aperitif, followed by a freshly prepared lunch.

We also recommended that you allow a little time to enjoy the gardens and lakeside walks of this beautiful historic house.

The evening courses start at 6.30 pm. with drinks to help you relax and unwind from the day. The cookery demonstration begins at 7.00 pm with lots of tastings and a relaxed meal of the themed evening. Afterwards you can head home with your recipe card and lots of ideas for that perfect meal.

Course prices are £35 per person unless otherwise stated.
