All workshop bookings for the one day cookery courses must be made using the appropriate booking form, sent by post with payment to the address below.

All applications will be processed in the order in which they are received and you will receive written acknowledgement of your booking.

Please inform us of any dietary or specific requirements when you book.

It should be noted that numbers are limited and courses do get booked up early, so to avoid disappointment do not delay in making your reservation.
