This course will enable you to prepare in advance a variety of delicious desserts.

We shall be demonstrating recipies particularly suitable for the freezer without compromising on presentation or flavour.

Preparing for a dinner party can be a burden, this course will lighten the load and enable you to relax and enjoy your own dinner party knowing that dessert is taken care of.
