Easy Thai with Sallie Morris

Sallie Morris has written many cookbooks on the cooking of South East Asia, where she has travelled widely, gathering recipes and meeting people involved in food in markets, resteraunts and homes. She is a member of The Guild of Food Writers.

She has had a fascination for good food since her childhood in the Lake District. Then she worked on the cookery pages of several well known magazines before living in Kenya for five years and later in Malaysia for three years. There her taste buds were truly challenged and she learned to cook and enjoy the fabulous dishes we now know so well. She travelled to Thailand in 2006 to finalise the recipes presented in her latest book "Easy Thai Cookbook".

Sallie Morris will introduce the ingredients, explain how they are used and show you how to prepare and cook some of the familiar Thai dishes.
