An Evening of Cheese and Wine - Do they match?

Saturday 15th May 2010 - Doors open 7.30p.m

Evening event with taster dishes and coffee.

Local and international cheeses paired with some of the less obvious wines of the world.

An opportunity to look at different styles of cheesemaking, from soft to blue, cows milk to goats milk, washed rind to hard pressed.

These matched with diverse wines and grape varieties including Tinto Roriz from Portugal, Refosco from Italy and Verdejo from Spain will provide a different take on matching wine with cheese.
