Countryman extraordinaire - Johnny demonstrates the art of carving, using traditional rib of beef, mutton, poultry & game.

Food and company are delighted to welcome back Sir John Scott. While he is well known for his partnership with Clarissa Dixon Wright in the T.V series 'Clarissa and the Countryman' Johnny has a huge range of interests.

He continues to be a hill sheep farmer in the Scottish Borders, as well as contributing regular articles to 'The Field' and similar magazines on field sports, food, farming, travel, history and issues of the countryside.

Take advantage of this special day, while Johnny expertly passes on the wonderful skills of carving, you will have chance to try your hand and enjoy his wealth of knowledge from his many adventures around the globe.
