Programme

A wonderful experience for food lovers, bringing you a fabulous journey through workshops, with real down to earth, unpretentious, practical recipes and ideas. A chance to take time out with family or friends and enjoy a culinary pamper.

Food and Company demonstrators, Joan and Margaret will guide you through this unique day which begins with coffee at 10.30 am followed by the cookery demonstration at 11.00 am. Throughout the demonstration you will have an opportunity to taste lots of delicious foods relating to the theme of the day, together with the dishes we produce and there will be a specially compiled recipe card for you to take home. Afterwards you can relax in the beautiful surroundings of Mirehouse with an aperitif, followed by a freshly prepared buffet lunch.
