John Bryson was involved in the family business for 35yrs. Established in 1947, Brysons of Keswick is one of the finest small bakeries in the county. John trained with Bob in Switzerland in the 1960s.

They will be making and demonstrating items of confectionery from their time spent at Rohr of Schaffhausen, one of the top konditorei in Switzerland. The confectionery at Rohr has not changed in the last fifty years.

A sheer delight and a day not to be missed!

The day begins at 10.30am with coffee and homemade biscuits with the demonstration at 11am, followed by an aperitif and buffet style lunch. The day comes to a close at 2.30pm onwards.
