Be one step ahead when you cook delicious, good looking food and find out that convenience food does not have to mean compromising on flavour and quality.

Joan and Margaret will demonstrate recipes that make your life easier when cooking for the family or friends.

The day begins from 10.30am with morning coffee and homemade biscuits, followed by the demonstration at 11am. After that an aperitif and buffet lunch, with the day coming to a close from 2:30pm onwards.

For your interest:

  • Rhododendrons and walled garden.
  • Explore the lovely grounds of Mirehouse and the lakeside walks.
  • House open 1.30 – 4.30pm (last entry 4pm). Small admission charge.
