If you find cooking fish a daunting experience this course is for you; we aim to make you feel more confident at selecting, preparing and cooking fresh fish. Fish can be the ultimate fast food,the family favorite, the posh nosh, or the lightest of suppers. We will demonstrate a selection of Food and Company’s reliable and easy recipes which you can create at home for stunning results. This is a course with innovative ideas, fabulous flavours and especially no fuss.
Dishes covered will include Roast Monkfish wrapped in Bacon, Pan Fried Cod with a Ginger Salad, Mediterranean Salmon, Baked Fish in a Fennel and Haricot Bean Stew, Buttered Crab
