Perhaps it is time to fire up your taste bubs and enjoy a Hot and Spicy Day with Food & Co.
We shall explore the use of chillies, ginger, garlic, peppers and warm spices with recipes for simple home cooking… Cold beverages will be on hand!
Recipes will include Prawns Pil Pil, Mexican Eggs, Spicy Naga Chicken Curry, Venison Chilli and Udon & Vegetable Stir Fry.
The day begins from 10.30am with morning coffee and homemade biscuits, followed by the demonstration at 11am. After that an aperitif and buffet lunch, with the day coming to a close from 2:30pm onwards.
