It may be a quick lunch with friends, a smart starter for a dinner party, a warming hot lunch, or a canape with a difference; these carefully chosen favourite recipes will satisfy any appetite for any occasion. In addition, some tasty, reliable & quick yeast free bread recipes to complete a hearty meal.
Soups for every season, taking advantage of freshly grown vegetables and surplus gluts.
Recipes to include Garden pea, pear & mint soup, Prawn & coconut soup, Lemon & almond soup, Moroccan spiced chickpea soup, Courgette bread, Cheese muffins, Tomato & chilli swirls
The day begins from 10.30am with morning coffee and homemade biscuits followed by the demonstration at 11am. An aperitif is served before a buffet style lunch and the day comes to a close at 2.30pm onwards.
